1.0 General

1.1.GamemaniaKenya (herein after referred to as the "the Company") is a trading name of Rambo Limited, a company registered under the laws of Kenya.The provider of this website is licensed by BCLB under the Betting,Lotteries and Gaming Act,Cap 131,Laws of Kenya under license number :659  

1.2 This agreement establishes the Terms and Conditions that will govern the contractual relationship between the Company and you as a Registering /Participating Player with the company.Applicable to gaming via all media/electronic platforms including but not limited to mobile devices, computers and laptops.  

1.3 The Company reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time and without prior notice. The Company will endeavor to inform you about major modifications to the T&Cs. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to regularly check for any changes. 

1.4 Each customer must open only one account. Should we identify any customer with more than one account, we reserve the right to close these accounts. 

1.5 If the Company detects multiple accounts setup deliberately with misleading information, having displayed criminal behavior, has fraudulent intentions, the Company shall be entitled to close the accounts and confiscate all funds, including the initial deposit. In any such suspected circumstance, the Company will report the activity to the appropriate authority and the player may suffer the consequences thereto. 

1.6 the company shall be entitled to close or suspend your account if: 

• the Company considers that you have used the services/products/platforms in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;  
• the Company considers that you have used the services/products/platforms in an unfair manner or have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of the Company or any of its customers;  

1.7. By agreeing to these T& Cs and where you play any game, or place a bet or stake, using the provided betting platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any amendment or variation thereto and the Rules which apply to the applicable products available from time to time.  

2.0 Sports T& Cs 

2.1 A bet may be the combination of multiple authorised bets. 

2.2 It is not permitted to place bets repeatedly, including the same selections with the intent to exceed the betting limits applied by Gamemania. 

2.3 Gamemania will cancel any bet not in compliance with the following rules, to suspend the payment of winnings during the period of investigation, and to impose sanctions on the player in question. 

2.4 Players agree to place bets on their own behalf alone. It is forbidden to place a bet using the account of a third party and group betting 

2.5 Should group betting be suspected (bets placed by accounts linked to each other, bets placed in abnormally short time frames), will cancel the bets after verification of the collective aspect of the suspicious bets. 

2.6 In the event of canceled game,the selection is considered as winning with odds of 1.00. The overall odds are then recalculated.  

2.7 Gamemania will cancel any bet placed, for any reason, after the sporting event in question has begun with the exception of live bets labelled “In Play”. 

2.8 Gamemania will cancel the taking of bets when a display error inverts the odds of the selections in a bet. 

2.9 We will strive to settle your bet immediately after the event has finished, but please bear in mind there may be a short delay in settlement. 

2.10 Minimum online wager is 20ksh 

2.11 Maximum payout will not exceed 1M. 

2.12 Gamemania will cancel the bet or group of bets, including selections in common or potentially in common, of a player with net total potential winnings of more than 1M.  

3.0 Live Betting 

3.1 This type of bet is only offered during the progress of certain sporting events.  

3.2  The odds for this type of bet are continually updated in real time, and may have changed between the moment when the player selected a bet and the time when they choose to confirm their bet. In the event that the odds decrease, a new value shall be offered to the player, a value that they may accept or not. 

3.3 Maximum cash out odds are limited to not more than 10 odds  

3.4 It is the player's responsibility to check all pending wagers immediately after placing them online, as well as confirm them to ensure accuracy. If the wager is not in the pending bets file, the player does not have a wager and forgot to confirm it by entering the password 

3.5 Minimum online wager is 20ksh 

3.6 Maximum payout will not exceed 1M 

4.0 Virtuals T&C 

4.1 Each match starts with an introduction that displays a list of all the two teams and the prices associated with the various markets on offer. The match itself follows the introduction. 

4.2 Due to the nature of streaming, the commentary information may be out of sync with the video stream. This is normal and has no effect on the event outcome. 

4.3 When a virtual match starts, betting markets will be refreshed to show the next event’s betting options. 

4.4 Minimum online wager is 10ksh 

5.0 Casino T&C 

5.1 Each game contains a help button,“How to Play” tab which provides instructions on how to play the game. You agree to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions set out therein.  

5.2 Free Plays are subject to a Rollover requirement based on the T& Cs of the particular promotion. Only the Free Play winnings get added to your account after the given rollover of 300ksh

7.0 Deposits & Withdrawals 

7.1 The Customer has the possibility to increase the credit balance of his Account with one of the payment methods available,MPESA. Deposit charges will be refunded to your account as from 50KSH-50000+ 

7.2 The Customer can similarly withdraw the residual credit balance of a maximum of 30,000KSHS& minimum of 100ksh  per day using the same payment method provided upon registration, via sms or online.A minimum accrual charge of 32ksh apply. 

8.0 Bonus & Promotions 

8.1 Bonus,Gifts,freebets have a validity date and may only be valid for some sports, competitions, matches or types of bets.  

8.2 When used by a player, only the winnings are credited to the player's Gamemania account.  

8.3 Gamemania Kenya reserves the right to terminate or change a bonus offer at any time 

9.0 Cash Out T&C

We may offer the option 'Cash Out' for placed bets: You will have the option to accept settlement of bets You have placed before the result of the bet is determined. The ‘Cash Out’ amount is calculated based on the current odds and is subject to change depending on when you chose to accept a 'Cash Out'. If ‘Cash Out’ is available for a placed bet, the corresponding symbol will be displayed in the ‘My bets’ section (live betting) or the ‘Cash Out’ section (sports betting - prematch) of the bet slip.

9.1 We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend ‘Cash Out’ offers without further notice

9.2 We cannot be made liable in case ‘Cash Out’ is not available for technical or any other reasons. We recommend explicitly not to place bets based on the assumption that ‘Cash Out’ will be available at a later point in time for the respective bet.

9.3 Maximum cash out odds are restricted to not more than 10 odds.

9.4 Where any bet is frozen or closed immediately after the customer's request before the conclusion of the 'Cash Out', the 'Cash Out' will be blocked.

9.5 If the ‘Cash Out’ value has changed immediately after the customer’s request before the conclusion of the 'Cash Out', the ‘Cash Out’ will be blocked unless the customer opted for 'accept all payout values' in his settings.

9.6 If a ‘Cash Out’ is accepted by us when the result of the respective bet has already been determined, we reserve the right to void the ‘Cash Out’. We also reserve the right to void and reclaim any ‘Cash Out’ where there is indication for abuse of the ‘Cash Out’ feature.

10.0 Responsible Gambling 

10.1 To apply for an account you must be of legal age and register personally.
